Notes

Got like 4 hours of sleep last night, and felt like trash, but decided to just get time on the feet. Ended up walking the last hill and felt rough for a good hour afterward. Joints felt good though, so silver linings. To be nice to myself, I had only eaten twice this week prior to this run and neither meal was of significant amount.
