Notes

Finally a long tempo without any stomach issues!!! Felt great to finally get through this workout. Was only slated to do 10, but with how the past few weeks had gone, I figured going for the full hour would be better. Definitely not easy, but manageable.

1% incline on the treadmill. 5:39/mi through mile 10 and then ramped up the pace to 5:30/mi over the final few minutes.
