Followed Luke's instruction and treated today as more of a good workout than a race. Just tried to dial in a comfortably hard pace throughout. A little warm (mid 60's and humid) for this time of year so that made for a bit slower of pace. Headwind on the way out. Overall, a fairly enjoyable experience. Something to be said for getting the race atmosphere and not having to deal with racing pain.
