Wow, definitely haven't recovered from last week. Went out way too fast for how much gas I had in the tank. Hurt enough that I had serious thoughts of dropping out in the final miles. It didn't help that there were some serious hills. Well, missed the PR by 8 seconds, due to a rough positive split, but, if nothing else, it was a good workout.
