2 mile repeats at the gym. Probably should have just done these outside on the track since it was nice out, but oh well.
2 mile warm up 17:10
3 X 2 miles with 4 minute walk/jog recoveries between, then another 0.4 ish to make it 7 in 50:30
13:02, 12:52, 12:54 for the 2 miles, ran them a little progressively and had the incline at 1.5% for the first mile or so, then increased to 2%. Didn't feel too great today, no soreness or stiffness just a general fatigue.
