Incline intervals on the treadmill: 20 minutes easy, 7 X (3 min hard at 6% incline / 3 minutes easy), mile 9 at 6% incline, the rest easy. As usual, subtracting 1% incline for air resistance, total Vert roughly 1,040 feet. Still trying to dial in VO2 max on inclines, but a solid workout regardless.
