Fartlek at the gym. Was supposed to do repeat 800s today but the weather was pretty bad.
2 mile warm up 17:30
8 X 3/2 fartlek, between 10-10.3 mph for all but the last rep, incline 1.5% to 2.5%, on the last rep went up to 11mph for 30 seconds or so, did the rest easy. Averaged just under 7 minute miles during the fartlek. This felt good aerobically.
