Fartlek at the gym. 2 mile warm up 18:25, 8 X 2/1 fartlek with 1.5% incline, then the rest easy, 7 miles total in 54:12. Fast portions were around 9.5-9.6 mph, then 10mph the last rep. These paces feel less natural on the treadmill.
