Treadmill: 15 min easy, 4 X 10 min steady/threshold w/ 2 min jog rests, then the rest easy. The steady/threshold intervals were on a 3% incline, progressing from 6:48 pace (8.8 mph) to 6:27 pace (9.3 mph). This was a decent effort for some reason. I blame the treadmill lol, form felt off.
