Finally pulled the trigger and did Jack Daniels TLT. It was windy as fuck outside so I went with the treadmill. 20 minutes tempo, 1 hour easy, 20 minutes tempo. The second tempo was a little rough. My form totally came apart and since I was really sweaty and wore the wrong underwear, I dealt with a lot of uncomfortable shifting around. These JD workouts have a tendency to really put fatigue in my legs. I guess that's the point. Glad I got it done, sloppy as it was. Ran an extra ~0.8 cool down to round it off at 14 miles.
No rowing after this one, fuck that.
