Hill tempo on the treadmill.

3.5 miles easy in 30:00, 3 mile progressive tempo in 21:00 at 3% incline.

My right glute had some mild issues during this so I didn't push too hard. This also felt very long for some reason.

Half mile cool down in 4:45.
