Steady long on usual Burke roads. Felt great during this. Hardly any fatigue until the last mile, and even then not much. Tried a Maruten Gel for the first time, somewhere around mile 11. Gel is easy to get down. Strange texture but I didn't mind it.
GAP for miles 12-18 all under 7 minutes, most of those miles were under 7.
Vert: 1,053, 3,783 for the week.
