Run with the Knights 5k for Westminster Roadrunners Club
Very nice weather, pretty much perfect, no wind.
Out and back course, somewhat hilly but not too bad. The first mile is mostly downhill so the last mile is mostly uphill. Kept the effort even, the pacing wasn't because of the nature of the course.
Mile Splits: 5:30, 5:45, 6:04
The half splits were probably fairly even. Glanced at my watch briefly after the turnaround and read 9:10. With about a half mile left I started feeling winded and crappy. I ended up having an ok kick but nothing to get excited about.
