Fartlek with hills on the treadmill
2 miles easy 18:30
3 X [3 minutes steady at 5% incline, 90 second jog, 3 minutes at 10mph w/ 1.5% incline, 90 second jog]
Then the rest easy for 5 miles in 39:30
This workout wasn't too bad. Didn't hit VO2 max, but had good steady deep breathing during the 10mph surges. Legs felt mostly fine too.
