Tempo/interval session at GMU track. As always had cold fucking wind constantly blowing in my face.
2 mile warm up 17:00
2 X 4 miles tempo/fast with 8 minute recovery, jogged a half mile during the recovery
1st rep 25:50, felt controlled
8 minute rest with half mile jog
2nd rep 24:45 !!! Not sure how I did this since I felt a bit tired. Very happy with this, 2:45 last 800.
