Notes

Tempo workout at the gym. 1 mile easy in 9:20

Walked a few minutes after.

2.5 mile tempo in 15:00, 5 minute jog at 6mph, half mile tempo in 3:00, jogged another half for 4 in 27:40, all at 1.5% incline.

The 2.5 didn't feel difficult aerobically until after 2 miles. As usual, it felt awkward for my legs to run this pace on a treadmill.
