Burke Lake Half, double out and back. This was meant to be a training run. Had more alcohol than I should have last night. Could taste the vapor on my breath for almost the first half of the race.
Aerobically this felt like a long run, the HR was only 170 at the finish. Legs didn't really feel like moving much faster than this today for some reason. Nothing felt too off, just some stiffness and lack of power from the glutes and quads.
Ran a 15 second negative split.
