3 miles tempo 18:36, third mile was just over 6:00, 4 minute walk/jog recovery
2 miles tempo/fast 12:01, 4 minute walk/jog recovery
1 mile fast 5:27
2 mile cool down 16:50
My aerobic fitness is pretty decent at this point. The 3 mile and 2 mile didn't make me breathe too hard. Started getting a little winded in the second half of the mile. Last lap of the mile was a 73.
