70 fucking degrees. WOW. Not sure I've ever seen this kind of weather in January. Felt nice but at the same time got a little hot and dehydrated during. Ran miles 6-9 at marathon goal pace on the Million Dollar Mile Loop:
6:21, 6:30, 6:26, 6:25
These felt ok but maybe a bit too aerobically difficult. This should get better over the next few weeks though.
