3 X 1.5 miles between half marathon and 10k effort with 4 minute jog recoveries, then the rest easy for 7 in 52:45
The 1.5s were 9:45, 9:45, 9:15. These felt great actually, and I certainly could have and should have done the first two faster, but this is supposed to be an easier week.
