Notes

Jack Daniels' I-3 on the treadmill: 10 minutes warm up, then 4 X (5 minutes hard / 3 minutes easy), the rest easy. For the hard intervals I varied the speed and incline a bit, no two were quite the same. The goal was to jack the HR up.
