Notes

Long run at the gym. Not quite as terrible as I thought it would be. Spent a lot of time around 3% incline. First hour really easy, then picked it up a bit toward the end of the second hour. Didn't bonk or get too tired and only took one gel, about 6-8 ounces of water.
