10 min warm up, then 5 X (4 min incline tempo / 1 min easy), cool down. Tempo intervals were at 4% incline with pace between 6:40-6:53/mile.

Originally planned on doing a light tempo session on the track, but life threw me a curve ball in the form of my crown falling out while flossing. So after driving all the way to Maryland to get it fixed, and back, I figured it would be better to use the gym in case the track was occupied.
