Notes

Excellent long run, this is what I have been waiting for. Weather was perfect. Ran the VRE loop several times (5 times?) plus a little extra to cap it off at 20. Did the first mile easy, then gradually picked it up. Peak speed was mile 17, then backed off the last couple miles. Never bonked at all, this felt great. My form came apart a bit the last couple miles but I'm fine with it. Wasn't straining too hard to keep race pace.

Breakfast: Belvita breakfast biscuits, and a small bowl of Post great grains cereal with oat milk + 2 cups of coffee.

Took two gels during, one at 50 minutes and another at 95 ish minutes. Only took in about 8oz of water.
