8 X 3/2 fartlek, messed around with inclines a bit, 8.8mph at 4% felt a bit tough, 9mph at 3% not too bad, 9mph at 2% very comfortable, did some other variations as well, then jogged the rest easy for a cool down for 6 miles in 46:40
