Notes

Tempo "Uptempo" run at the gym. 2 mile warm up 18:00

5 mile progressive uptempo at 1.5% incline. Started off at 8.5mph then progressed to 9 and did 9.3 for a little. This didn't feel great aerobically once I got to 9mph. Hope to improve my cardio soon. 34:20 for the tempo.
