Jack Daniels TLT-2 from Plan C. 1 mile warm up, 2 X 1 mile tempo with 1 minute jog rest, 1 hour easy, 2 X 1 mile tempo with 1 minute rest, then the rest easy. Only had half a bag of honey stinger chews and a few sips of water from the fountain in the field for this one. Felt pretty depleted by the end. Weather a bit warm but not terrible.
