2 mile repeats on the road instead of the track, because the track was closed today, bullshit. This workout actually felt like a ton of effort. Each 2 mile repeat had a total of 160 feet of climbing according to the Garmin.

3 X 2 miles on 1 mile loop with 5 minute rests
12:55, 12:55, 12:38, relatively even splits throughout, heart rate pretty high at the end of the last rep.
2 mile cool down 17:15
