Tried my best to avoid the snow, but the VRE path to Wards Grove was covered in snow, so had to run on that out and back. Had a lot of cold wind in my face which sucked. Got a mild nose bleed. Once again finished with IT band pain. It's different now. More of an ache that travels from the hip down than just a localized pain at the outside of the knee. Not sure if that's good bad, or neither. Not sure what to do anymore. Been doing strength work and stretching.
Vert: 935 feet, 3,310 feet for the week.
