Notes

Cooler weather, new shoes, push-ups, chi running? Could be one or any combination of the four but I am running at least 35 seconds per mile faster. I can feel the difference. Breathing is faster. Legs don't bother me, knees feel fine.

Started with new shoes but so did the cooler weather and push-ups.

Anyway, glad my time is where it was 20 years ago in Brockton.
