Notes
Good run. Got cooler and more windy near the end. First day of hunting season. Lots of dogs, pickups, guns and orange clothing. Knees felt good. In back of my knee (right) seems to bother me in beginning of run but then goes away.
On a side note I must have pulled a muscle in my left arm. Cannot do pushups.
