8-10k tune-up -
First 0.8 miles at 8:00 -- then kicked it into 6:35/mi pace - last mile was strong. Stopwatch at 40:50 for 6.21 miles - 10k. In line w/ a 3:11 marathon. Challenging - just the right pace at this point to work me hard.
Fat due to Luna Burrito last night. Ugh.
