Was weighing in a bit heavy at 171 this morning after a lot of eating the past few days.
First marathon goal pace run at 6:40/mile. Did one warm-up mile - then kicked into 6:40 pace for 12 straight miles. Added numerous incline intervals around 0.12 miles each ranging from 4-7%. Completed the final three at standard 7:24-7:30 long run pace. Great workout.
