Today is day #1 of my 18-week marathon training plan for St George (10/2/10).
Great workout. Nailed 10x100m strides on the first ten 0.5 mi increments. Set the tread at 6:00/mi for the striders. Added a few bouts of incline at 6% for about 0.1 miles - and then did the final 1 mile at 6:36.
