Warm-up mile to Redwood track. Knocked off 32 consecutive laps with no stops at an avg of 1:37 per lap or better. Refueled after 8 - then proceeded to run 4 miles (recorded above) at 7:03-7:011. Then finished off with an easy GA 3 miles.
OVERALL... very good run at 3:08 pace. Encouraging.
