Skipped dinner with the team last night so I could get up early to nail this workout. I did it in the Miami Airport Hilton fitness room.
Mile 1- 8:00... then kicked it into tempo's. Started at 6:35, 6:31 then progressed to 6:27 on the 3rd tempo mile and held. Did 6:21 on the 7th tempo mile. In the end, I did 7 tempo miles in 45:09. Felt pretty good... didn't struggle that majorly.
Eased the final 4 at around low 7:40's.
Great workout. Confidence boost.
