1 mile warm up run to track. Killed 16 laps plus an add'l 20 secs to make it an even 4 miles at tempo pace. Almost all of the splits were 1:37 - including a couple at 1:35-1:36. Call it 6:30 per mile avg on the track. In line with a 3:04. Good improvement from last tempo work out. Capped off the run with G.A. 4 miles - all while Kelty babysat for an hour.
