L.T. 7 miles -- 15k to half marathon pace
Decided to do 6 miles at 6:49/mi - after a 1-mile warm-up at 8:00. Then comfortably finished at around 7:45.
Very good workout. Confidence boost. May try to inch up pace on next tempo closer to 6:44.
Weight trending back down.
