The weight is up on New Years Day at 175.4 Want to get to 168.x for the Napa Marathon.

First four miles on treadmill: 29:29

Mile 1 w/u at 7:56. Then 6x600m repeats at 6:22/mi - then sec RI at 8:56.

Did another 5 outside at 7:26/mi avg (splits above).

Felt really good... turned the corner.

2013 MILEAGE GOAL: 2,000 for the year. Should be easy compared to past years.
