Phew! Got through this one... I did a 7:32 first mile then kicked it into tempo mode at 6:11. Mile 3 brought stomach cramps. I think the $5 Subway footlong at 1:20 PM took its toll! I gutted it out - ran the final 1.5 mi at 6:07. Avg would be 6:10'ish for the 5 tempo miles - right at the mid point. Walked a few... then kicked back into general aerobic pace.
