Notes
Really nice run - followed the road by Tom & Liz's north and discovered a short path through the woods by the road. Perfect weather - cool, partly cloudy & breezy. Spent the entire run expecting to get rained on but never did.
Graduated to a 7/1 run/walk this week. Knee still doing awesomely.
