Notes

"Long run" for the week, on hilly terrain by Beaver Lake right after a swim. No problems with the knee going down the hills (wasn't even sore the next day), but noticed a clear lack of fitness running up the hills. Ugh. Definitely need to run hills once a week to get that back.
