Notes

New Rules #1B. Loving the short but productive workouts. Saw a guy in there squatting with just the bar, so felt much better about going in there and using the squat racks with my teeny tiny weights. A bit sore from lifting 2 days in a row, but not enough to feel stiff or impact the workout. Wouldn't do it again, but it appears I got away with it this time.
