Slightly different course than Tuesday - still net down on the way out and up on the way back, but much less drastic. Also paced myself better for the hills. That said, I learned that I canNOT run on an empty stomach these days, because I will feel barftastic after 20-25 minutes. Need to start experimenting with some sort of snack before the early morning runs.
