Notes

Ride primarily at 1-2 zones on a rolling course. Mostly in saddle on hills to build & maintain hip strength. Small and big chain rings.

Cut ride a little short due to some fairly heavy rain. Rolling course, stayed in big ring on the smaller climbs.

Rode beginning of South Lake Washington Bike Loop. Made a few wrong turns, at least I know where I'm going for next time.
