New Rules 1A, 60 sec rest between all sets

I don't know WHAT was going on, but I just didn't have anything in me today. Weights that felt easy last time I did this were challenging today. Go figure.

I'm also pretty much at the limit of my grip for the deadlift and lunges. I'm probably a bit away from really *needing* to progress the weight on either of those, but it's certainly not happening until my grip gets stronger. (I have yet to make it through both sets of deadlifts with just the between set break - I usually need a break towards the end of the second set.)
