Notes

New rules 1A, 60 sec rest between all sets.

Not sure if it's because I haven't lifted in a week or because I'm now doing 3 sets instead of 2, but it felt hard today. I definitely noticed a strength difference between my right and left legs on the step-ups (*that's* from the week off, for sure). Hopefully that'll resolve quickly with regular workouts.
