Notes

Attempted to go for a run this morning, but the hip was still a little sore after being poked and prodded at yesterday's PT appointment. So I went to a spin class at the gym this afternoon instead. Good mix of hills and sprints and I think I did a good job of keeping the resistance high enough to keep it challenging without blowing out my legs (although I suppose we'll see how I feel tomorrow...)
