Another rough night at speedwork. This was supposed to be 6x800 with a goal pace of 3:50, but I cut it short after 4 repeats. I was exhausted and about ready to lose my lunch. After the third one, I decided to stop looking at my watch every 200m and just run hard, and when I felt exhausted at the end and it was almost 20 seconds slower than the first 3? I knew it was time to call it a day. Ugh.
