Run how you feel. If fresh--pick up the pace. No higher than zone 4 heart rate. If tired--keep heart rate in zones 1-2 only.

Good run - kept pace relaxed, ran hilly course with a long (~2 mile) steady climb near the end. Walked up hill where needed to keep HR in/under zone 4 (180 bpm), but ran most of the hill.
